In-house Trainings – company-specific & practice-priented
The focus is on practical application rather than mere knowledge transfer, ensuring that participants remain fully engaged through the interactive nature of the training. We simulate realistic, challenging cases (role plays) brought in by participants from their daily work environment. Through targeted feedback, both conscious and unconscious incompetencies are reflected back to them.
Conversation guides and the joint discussion of case studies serve as best practices. And just as important: Trainings with me are enjoyable, because I always bring enthusiasm, humor, and empathy to every group.

- Topics include: role & key responsibilities, leader vs. manager, effective and motivating communication, development and motivation through effective delegation, fostering a feedback culture, and much more
- 4 days (2 blocks of 2 days), plus 2 remote small-group coaching sessions (approx. one month after each block)
Positive Leadership Journey
- Fundamentials of succesful leadership
- Additional components include, among others: dealing with difficult situations (e.g. criticism, conflicts, inappropriate behavior, change), managing upwards, developing your personal leadership style, leading hybrid teams
- 6–8 days, incl./plus 1 refresher day and 3 remote small-group coaching sessions
